Rosemount Estate 2003 Merlot (Australian)
Flavors: Dark plum and blackberry, aged in oak.
This weekend we have had excellent luck with wine. Not only did we score big with the Toasted head, but we tried another Rosemount Estate (we had the Cabernet Sauvignon earlier). This Merlot was equal to the Toasted head in our opinion. With that wonderful dry bite, it shocks your taste buds and is sure to make your mouth water. At less than $10 this is an awesome deal (this is why we love Rosemount).
An excellent wine.
